We want to be straightforward about how Age With Flavor makes money.

What an affiliate link is

Some of the links on this Site are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and buy something, whether it’s the product we linked to or anything else you add to your cart during that session, the retailer may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same; the commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your wallet.

Why we use affiliate links

It’s how we keep the free content on this Site going, recipes, articles, lead magnets, our newsletter. We only link to products and services we believe in. Most affiliate links point to our own books or to products we’ve personally tested or trust. Affiliate income does not influence our editorial judgment; if a product isn’t right for our readers, we don’t link to it, regardless of commission.

The affiliate programs we participate in

We currently participate in:

• Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, as a participant, we earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. Per Amazon’s required disclosure: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

We may add other affiliate programs over time, for example, other book retailers, equipment brands, course platforms, supplement brands, or similar partners. When we do, the same rules apply: we disclose the relationship near the affiliate link, we only recommend products we trust, and you never pay more because of it.

What this means for you

• You will never see a different price because of an affiliate link.
• We only link to products and services we genuinely recommend.
• We disclose the affiliate relationship clearly on any page that contains affiliate links, in line with the FTC’s guidance on endorsements (16 CFR Part 255).
• Clicking an affiliate link may set a cookie on your browser that tracks the purchase for affiliate accounting. The retailer’s privacy practices govern that cookie.
